Indy Pop Con has strong data protection controls including encryption of data when being transmitted to sub-processors, in order to protect personal from unintended disclosure or misuse. We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

In case of a data breach, appropriate authorities and affected individuals will be notified by Indy Pop Con via the appointed Data Protection Officer within 72 hours of the breach.

We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.

Camera: Certain Indy Pop Con apps may use camera on an iOS or Android device. Any data from camera and other sensors is neither collected nor distributed by Indy Pop Con and is used solely for the purposes of ticketing and registration services. Any personal data collected is saved only to user's device with user consent and action.

The Indy Pop Con/Client Relationship

Indy Pop Con acts as a data processor for and on behalf of partners and clients in event management related services included but not limited to registration and ticketing, credit card processing, event data management, etc. Personal data processed by Indy Pop Con on behalf of clients are not used by Indy Pop Con for any purpose other than the fulfillment of contracted services with said clients.

Indy Pop Con clients may choose to incorporate cookies and other tracking services for their own business purposes.

Being that Indy Pop Con is an event management and ticketing service provider, customers are permitted to create accounts with Indy Pop Con that allow them access to their personal data that has been processed by Indy Pop Con. Access to personal data stored by our clients within the Indy Pop Con system can be achieved by creating an account with Indy Pop Con.

Data Deletion Policy

Data stored within the Indy Pop Con systems is collected and processed with an end to service Indy Pop Con clients and their customers in event related services. This personal data is defined as necessary data in providing contracted services for Indy Pop Con clients and their customers.

Indy Pop Con is a data controller in regard to your user account created within Indy Pop Con. Only an email address and name are required to create an account within Indy Pop Con and said account is used to access data that has been processed on behalf of our clients. Indy Pop Con accounts will remain active within the system with the purpose of accessing data processed by our clients. You can request for your user account to be removed from the Indy Pop Con system by submitting a request to support@Indy Pop


Indy Pop Con engages with sub-processors, subcontractors and content delivery networks to assist it in providing Indy Pop Con Services. In this instance, sub-processors are defined as any entity that processes personal data for and on behalf of Indy Pop Con and its clients. It is the responsibility of Indy Pop Con to determine that your data is securely processed by our sub-processors.

FiberNet: Data hosting services.

Stackpath: Content Delivery Network Merchant Services. Merchant Services.

Propay: Merchant Services.

PayPal: Merchant Services.

Bambora: Merchant Services.

SmartyStreets: Address verification. Only non-personal address data is processed.

Sendgrid: Email communications with client customers and others as deemed necessary functions within Indy Pop Con.

Twilio: SMS communications with client customers and others as deemed necessary functions within Indy Pop Con.

Mailchimp: Email communications with Indy Pop Con clients.

Zoho: Customer support ticket tracking and communication.
